Honesty is the best policy

Honesty is the best policy:

Have you ever tried being honest? You might think this must certainly be a tough job! But being honest builds up your personality. Being honest with yourself gives peace to your mind and soul as you can't have the feel of guilt within yourself when you are honest.
Honesty helps us to build trust and relationships with your well-wishers. If you are honest enough you can be trustworthy, and people will start liking you as a person. If are dishonest you may break the trust with yourself and within others.
As I told you earlier that you might think honesty as a tough job but being honest does help in future but being dishonesty may be a simple task for you now but later it may destroy your life.
It has been proved that from many years honesty had helped people in their life. Even if we go back to our Puranas we see the honesty of king Harishchandra that has helped him in his life. Even the gods from the heaven had tested his honesty even in tough situations and he had succeeded in getting his throne back.
Being dishonest may even make situations worst because to tell lie we need a hundred more lies to cover it.
Honesty not only means telling the truth but even being sincere. Our school had helped us to build trust in us. We had an invigilator free examination in which we all wrote our exams in a trustworthy manner but most us had broken the trust by cheating in the exam.
However, by developing the habit of honesty helps us to attain a good and clean character and helps live a peaceful life.

importance of teacher

Importance of teacher in daily life:

In my opinion, teachers are the best because they show me the roadmap of my future. I like them even if they scold me because sometimes they say that I was choosing the wrong path. My school taught me many things which I never forget but my teachers taught me many things apart from studies.

A teacher is a person who occupies the form of god. Whenever I improve in my subject my teacher encourages me to the next level.

My mother is my first teacher because she taught me how to be disciplined enough to fight the difficult situations in life.

In my school, I liked all my teachers but one of my favorite teachers is my teacher who used to teach me when I was in class 3, she always encouraged me to write fast as I used to face challenges in my writing skills.

गुरुर्ब्रह्मा गुरुर्विष्णुः गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरः गुरुसाक्षात परंब्रह्म तस्मै श्रीगुरवे नमः

gururbrahmaa gururvishnuh gururdevo maheshwarahguru sakshath para. brahma Tasmaishri gurave  Namah

This says that, salutations to the noble Guru, who is in the form of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva, who is the direct Para Brahma, the Supreme Reality.

In ancient times, the teacher was known as the guru who is connected to the god. A guru, a teacher, a mentor and an educator can be anyone but the learning engaged in one’s mind is very important.

In Baghavadgita, Arjuna an acclaimed warrior wonders how he could kill his blood relatives with whom he had grown up with. So, there comes in the picture where Lord Krishna comes and explains Arjuna that he was a just a temporary entity and he must do his duty. Here, Krishna becomes an educator who is in the form of god showing his Vishwa rupa and Arjuna becomes his student.

So, On teacher’s day or guru Poornima let’s take an initiative to respect our gurus.Because the best teacher is hard to find, difficult to part with and impossible to forget.

#respect gurus.

Thank you.

Cleanliness is next to godliness

Cleanliness is next to godliness

Cleanliness is the only way to godliness. It is an essential part of our health and society. We need to keep our surroundings clean and maintain a clean mind without any negative thoughts. Through the process of cleanliness, we can make ourselves good, civilized and a healthy human being. A clean body keeps us healthy and away from doctors thus saves us from medical expenses and time loss. We not only keep ourselves clean but we should keep our surroundings like schools, colleges, roads etc clean.
Many great people and social reformers in India had worked hard to maintain cleanliness. Today our prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi had launched a campaign called Swachh Bharat Abhiyan to maintain cleanliness in our country.
Cleanliness is a virtue that must be promoted among people of all age group and status to get command over the cleanliness.
Proper and regular cleanliness brings good mental and physical health, tidiness and purity of mind and soul. Being clean strengthens our immunity system and secures us from many chronic and acute diseases.
Now, many people are catching diseases because of lack of cleanliness. For example, in slum areas, there is lack of cleanliness so, people suffer from a lot of diseases. Hence, they should be educated about cleanliness.

We should inculcate clean habits and clean thoughts to be healthy
mentally and physically.

Freedom

Freedom!

Freedom is the quality of not being constrained by necessity or circumstances in one’s choices or actions. To be free in one’s aspect we should respect ideas and opinions of people by not judging them as to how they look but respecting them by their talents, thoughts and believes they exhibit. The idea behind freedom is to be respectful and useful to our society. Freedom is important to everyone. If we are controlled all the time it would be difficult to live freely in a society and we will not be able to think and express our thoughts by ourselves. Freedom is to ensure respect and not only being free. All societies define freedom in their own respect. Different cultures see freedom on their own and thus people living in different cultures enjoy freedom in the ways they feel appropriate. Enjoying our freedom does not mean that we don’t respect the rights of others and live the way we feel right. We must consider the rights and feelings of people around us when living our freedom. A free person has a right to express his own thoughts, talents, and beliefs. Freedom is also appreciating the nature around us. A person who is worried or anxious, he could not be free mentally. Hence, he could not enjoy the beauty of nature.Sometimes, freedom should be limited. It does mean that if you are a free person, you can do something that is not right to you and the society. If that is the case you can’t be a free person.Freedom is a natural right. Thus, we must not misuse freedom, respect it and live a sustainable life.

work is worship

Work is worship!

Life given to us by god is very beautiful. Work is truly a worship because without work life will be dull, uninteresting, idle and monotonous.
Great civilization and work can be achieved through committed work. Man is the most intelligent, skilled and capable creation of god who can make things possible through hard work that is why work has more value compared to worship. The amount of happiness and satisfaction we get from work is more compared to what we get from worship.
If a person has faith at his own hard work, he/she cannot lose hope even if life becomes miserable. The whole civilization of man evolved for years only because of their hard work. All the inventions and discoveries in the field of science had an incredible result only because of the man’s hard work. Constant work towards right direction makes the man go in a right and successful path.
By work we arrange our own necessities in our life. Continuous hard work increases your self confidence level.
Developed nations like Japan, USA, Germany etc. have achieved many things through hard work.  When we compare work and worship, of a lazy man we find that God also become happy with a hard-working man instead without work. So, we can say that work is worship because worship without work has no meaning in our lives. Work is a best exercise to our body and mind which brings real pleasure in life. Work is also the way to new opportunities together with the skill development.

Health is the only wealth that we need to take care. Good health gives the ability to do anything in this world. If we are healthy that means we are mentally and physically recharged. If we are mentally and physically recharged that means we are successful in our life. i.e. we can do any work that gives us success. For a good health, we need many things done on daily basis. Proper food, water, exercise, good life style, proper sunlight etc. Healthy habits put us away from lifestyle diseases. These days, many people are not concerned about their health and they spend their money for-junk food that is why they suffer from lifestyle diseases such as, diabetes, cancer etc. For a good health, we need a balanced diet, we need healthy food that really helps us in immunity, proper eyesight, being physically and mentally fit etc. The food we can prefer is dal for proteins, fruits for vitamins, vegetables, egg, milk etc. The practice daily makes you physically and mentally recharged. You should not skip meals, skipping meals means you are gradually getting into the weak stage. It is very necessary to earn money to fulfill our needs. However, it is also necessary to practice a good health for a peaceful and healthy life.
